This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rama Kant , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 372 of 2024 , under Sections 74, 351 (2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jahanabad , District Pilibhit. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.8.2024 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is allegation of teasing against the applicant. Except this, there is no allegation against the applicant. He has no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course
