Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Syed Raza, District Chandauli. According to prosecution case, on 4.11.2024 the complainant Dinesh Kumar Singh Sub-inspector along with police personnel were checking the suspicious vehicle then he received an information that three lives cow were being carried to Bihar for slaughtering on Tata Magic UP 65HT-6403. The applicant-accused was arrested on NH2 Highway near the temple of District Chandauli.
