This bail application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Afjal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 125 B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Gulaothi, District- Bulandshahr. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.10.2024.
