Heard Sri Pavan Kishore, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 10.10.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 157 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS. The FIR is delayed by two days and there is no explanation of the said delay cause
