Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 666 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 333, 64, 74 BNS, Police Station Faridpur, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted the daughter of the informant and hurled abuses at her on 28.08.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
