This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kamlesh Shah , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024, under Sections3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Saiyadraja, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.7.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is driver of the vehicle. There is no independent of alleged recovery of two live cows. The owner of the vehicle Rishi Kant Pandey, has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 25.10.2024 in Criminal
