Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.280 of 2024, under Sections 64, 316(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Mahuakheda, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of getting her a government job. The applicant had even taken certain ransom amount from her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 23 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major and a married lady having four children.
