Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.438 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)(m), 69, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Khutar, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim in the night of 10.05.2022 at about 10:30 p.m. and had made an indecent video of her, thereby started blackmailing her. The applicant is even stated to have promised to marry her and had established corporeal relationship with the victim by taking her to several places including Panipat, Haryana. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicat
