As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have sexually assaulted the victim and had forced her to leave her native place Dehradun to Delhi and has subsequently retained Rs.1 lakh cash and her ornaments with him. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
