As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the applicant and co-accused person Ramu have enticed away his minor daughter aged about 16 years on 15.06.2024 at about 5:00 a.m. The victim is stated to have taken away certain ornaments and Rs.60,000/- cash alongwith her. 5.
