Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 205 of 2024, under Sections 376 I.P.C. and Section 5L/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on the false promise of marriage.
