PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter aged about 17 years was missing since 3.7.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
