Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 400 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Kairana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances. There is no medical corroboration of the said incident. It is next stated that the FIR is delayed by three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the f
