The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant Sethi, seeking bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 238, 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 339, 340(2) BNS and Sections 66C, 66D of the I.T.
