Heard Sri Rajeev Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.382 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 77, 70(1), 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim alongwith him and had introduced her to the co- accused persons, namely, Islamuddin and Sartaj, on the pretext that she shall be given a government job. The said co-accused persons are stated to have taken her to a secluded place and had committed rape with her and had even video recorded the said act. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are no allegation
