The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant- Mohsin, seeking bail in Case Crime No.277 of 2024, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali Sambhal, District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, one case have been shown against the applicant. The bail order is on record as Annexure Nos. 3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from this, the applicant has criminal history of five other cases, which are explained in paragraph No. 10 of the bail application.
