Applicant seeks bail in Case No.3951 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.369 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Atrauli, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim in the night of 25/26.6.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. by barging into her house. On her raising of alarm, several family members are stated to have rushed there, whereby the applicant is stated to have run away from the scene of occurrence threatening them by knife and hurling abuses at them. 5.
