The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.481 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 61 BNS and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Gursahayganj, District-Kannauj. 3.The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged on 24.07.2024 against the applicant and on Rinki, besides an unknown person, stating that the named accused person had taken away the informant's 16 years old daughter at about 10:302 AM on 21.07.2024 and they had handed her over to some person. 4. In the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, she stated that the applicant resides in her neighborhood and she is related to her as her Buaa.
