Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Sections 74, 64, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Friends Colony, District - Etawah, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have be friendly the victim for about 5 months and on 09.09.2024 had reached the house of the informant at about 05:00 pm whereby her mother had tried to catch hold of her but he ran away from her clutches on 09.09.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in t
