The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.0268 of 2024, under Section 376 (AB) of IPC and Section 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghaziabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is stated to have sexually assaulted the daughter of the informant aged about 4 years on 10.06.2024. FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay cause. It is a clear cut case of false implication as the applicant is the tenant of the informant and the landlord wanted to get the house vacated and instant FIR has just been instituted for getting the house vacated by the
