Dil Nisar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 302 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Sections 5g/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kandhla, District - Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the applicant along with co-accused persons has abducted her sister and committed rape with her on 18.08.2024 at about 00:30 am. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
