The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.789 of 2024, under Sections 109 BNS and 3/25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Kannauj, District Kannauj. 3.The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged on 23.09.2024 by the Inspector In-charge of the police station alleging that when a police party had apprehended the applicant in connection with some offence committed by him, he fired at the police party. The police shot a retaliatory fire which hit the applicant on his leg. 4. In para 17 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, the applicant's involvement in three other criminal cases has been disclosed, in all of which the applicant has already been granted bail. 5.
