Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.406 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by concealing his religion and had video recorded the said act. The applicant is stated to have promised to marry her and had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. 5.
