This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Prashant @ Puchchi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2024 under Sections 318 (4), 336, 338, 340 B.N.S. and Section 66 of I.T. Act, Police Station-Cyber Crime- Hapur, District-Hapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. Applicant is languishing in jail since 08.10.2024. First Information Report has been lodged on 19.08.2024 against unknown person with the allegation that on 11.08.2024 the informant went to withdraw some money from H.D.F.C.
