Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0242 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 351(2), 87, 61(2), 64 B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kopaganj, District - Mau, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 05.09.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
