Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 343 of I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kakod, District - Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant on suspicion that one Shahrukh had enticed away his minor daughter, aged about 15 years on 29.06.2024.
