Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024, under Sections 147, 302, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Gola, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co- accused person, Vishram, Prem Sheela and Sharda, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 29914 of 2024.
