Heard Sri Virpratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Sneh Lata Singh, learned counsel appearing for the High Court Legal Services Authority and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Binwar, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
