The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 01.05.2024 at about 8 p.m. and the said act is stated to have been video recorded by the co-accused Badshah @ Taufiq. The said accused is stated to have made viral the said video on social media. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
