PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and the co-accused person are stated to have committed gang rape with the victim on 11.07.2024 at about 8 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
