Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.271 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 115(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kurara, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the named accused person Dileep is stated to have committed rape with the victim by dragging her to his thatched roof on 19.8.2024 at about 08:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
