The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.144 of 2024, under Sections 65(2) B.N.S. and 5(m)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Gwaltoli, District- Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his minor daughter aged about 8 years was being subjected to aggravated sexual assault after disrobing her and by taking her to a secluded room on 9.8.2024 at about 07:30 p.m. The applicant and victim were seen completely disrobed by the onlookers after hearing shrieks of the victim when she started crying. 5.
