As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the morning of 22.07.2024 at about 05:34 AM and started raping her whereby on raising of her alarm, her family members are stated to have rushed there, seeing the applicant, who is stated to have run away from the house of the informant. 5.
