Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 324 of 2024, under Sections 64, 65(2), 75(2), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS and Section 5m/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Phase-II, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant on 15.07.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
