Heard Sri Rishabh Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mohd Shahrukh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 359 of 2024, under Sections 376, 366, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Rasulpur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim to Hyderabad and had retained certain ornaments and Rs.46,000/- belonging to the informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 3 months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident
