Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J. 1. The learned A.G.A. has filed a counter affidavit today in the court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manish Kesarwani, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, registered at Police Station Chandauli, District Chandauli. 4. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 16.07.2024 against the drivers of two pick up vehicles alleging that nine cow progenies were loaded on the applicant's vehicle out of which four were found dead. The applicant is the owner of the vehicle and therefore he was implicated in the case. The owner of the other vehicle Rajan
