Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and is stated to have subsequently called his friend Bhede as such both of them had gang raped her. The applicant is stated to have again called the victim on 27.05.2024 and raped her and subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
