Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 246 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away two daughters of the informant aged about 14 years (V1) and 13 years (V2) respectively on 18.05.2024 at about 7 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6.
