Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Rajbhar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 70(1) of B.N.S, Police Station Tarwa, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that she was called by the co-accused Faiyaaz Ansari to a place as she was having love affair with him and on 27.09.2024, he is stated to have taken her to an under-construction restaurant and committed rape with her along with the applicant. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
