Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1120 of 2018, under Sections 376D, 420 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant in collusion with co-accused Khan Baba is stated to be involved in the practice of exorcism and is stated to have committed rape with the victim by fooling and luring her. The co- accused person is stated to have taken money from her and had demanded extortion money of about Rs.ten lacs and even had raped her by disrobing her completely.
