Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.51 of 2024, under Sections 64, 331(4), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kailiya, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting part as is evident from the fact that the applicant is stated to have jumped the wall of the informant several times and established corporeal relationship with the victim.
