Heard Mr. Sharad Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. None is present on behalf of the informant. However, on the earlier dates also, he has sent illness slips. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 396 of 2024, under Sections 302, 504, 506, 427, 336, 34 of I.P.C., Police Station Baradari District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mohit @ Bhola, has already been enlarged on bail by the same Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 43523 of 2024. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail
