Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act and Section 67B of I.T. Act, Police Station Doharighat, District Mau, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years and 2 months on 01.03.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR itself is delayed by about seven months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The victim by her looks seems to be major, although as per High School Certificate
