Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 831 of 2024, under Sections 69, 351(2)(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The family members of the applicant and victim were agreed to marry them. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the said promise of marriage and had subsequently refused to comply with the said betrothal. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The victim and the applicant both are major. 7.
