Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Narkhi, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant in the night of 18.06.2024 at about 11 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under section 164 C
