The applicant is stated to have taken the advantage of victim being alone as her husband was working out in Gujarat and sexually assaulted her thereby impregnated her and gave her medicine thereby leading to the abortion of the said fetus. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. T
