Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.316 of 2024, under Sections 352, 115(2), 333, 65A B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Budhana, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. There are allegations that applicant used to sexually molest the minor daughter of the informant for a period of one year and had committed the said offence on 17.7.2024 at about 11:30 p.m. for the last time. The matter was reported to the applicant and his family members whereby they entered the house of the informant on 2.8.2024 and assaulted them at about 11:00 a.m., thereby, causing injuries to the victim and other family
