Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.237 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Cholapur, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The FIR was instituted by the informant against unknown person regarding missing of his daughter on 18.7.2024 at about 10:30 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7. The FIR is delayed by about twelve hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 8.
