As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice to the informant has been served on 28.11.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 371 of 2024, under Sections 70(2) of B.N.S and Section 5(Cha)/6 of the POCSO Act., Police Station Ajitmal, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The co-accused person Durgesh is stated to have committed rape with the victim and the applicant is stated to have stood guard and told the applicant to run away from the place as the passersby may come at the place of occurrence. The said offence is stated to have been committed on 19.08.2024 at about 8:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICA
