This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aquib, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2024, under Section 2 (30), 317 (2), 223 Ka, 336, 338, 340 (2) of B.N.S. and Section 42, 26, 52 and 77 of Indian Forest Act, under Section 3 and 28 of U.P. Transit of Timber and other Forest Produce Rules and under Section 4 and 10 of Uttar Pradesh Protection of Trees in Rural and Hill Areas Act, 1976, Police Station-Shishamau, District-Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. First Information Report has been lodged on 23
